Chương trình đào tạo nghề và trao quyền kinh tế cho phụ nữ dân tộc thiểu số (Dao, Mông, Tày) tham gia chuỗi giá trị quế, hoa hồi tại Lào Cai. Mục tiêu: 300 phụ nữ được đào tạo, 50 nhóm tiết kiệm được thành lập.
